I believe in measurable healing
You will complete the PHQ-9 (measures severity of depression) & GAD-7 (measures severity of anxiety) at intake and every 6-8 weeks to track your progress in therapy. If you have a history of trauma, you will complete the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5). These tools help us tailor your therapy and ensure you're moving toward your goals.
