In Our Work Together, We Won’t Just Scratch The Surface.
Reconnection:
I provide a supportive environment where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.
We will explore and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been buried or overlooked.
Together, we’ll delve into your emotions and uncover the root causes of your struggles, helping you gain insights into patterns of behavior or thinking that may be holding you back.
You’ll learn self-regulation techniques, including:
Breathing exercises
Guided imagery
Somatic practices
These techniques help calm your nervous system, deepen the connection between your body and mind, and make it easier to process emotions and reprocess traumatic memories.
Resolution:
Unresolved trauma, pain, and negative thought patterns are addressed and processed.
I use EMDR to reprocess traumatic memories, allowing your brain to heal and integrate past experiences in a way that reduces their emotional impact on your present. EMDR helps shift negative beliefs related to trauma to more positive, adaptive beliefs.
TEAM-CBT focuses on identifying and breaking free from distorted thinking patterns and self-defeating behaviors that keep you stuck. I will help you reframe your thinking, shift emotional responses, and regain control over your actions. Then we will work on creating new, healthier patterns in your life.
Ego state therapy helps resolve inner turmoil and fosters deeper relief and harmony. We will explore and understand the different parts of yourself, allowing you to heal and integrate fragmented aspects of your identity.
Integration:
Once reconnection and resolution occur, I’ll help you integrate these changes into your daily life.
You’ll apply new perspectives, emotional skills, and coping strategies, leading to lasting transformation and a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.
The journey may not be easy, but my commitment is to offer the highest quality of treatment and care you deserve, and a therapeutic space where you can be fully yourself - no masking, no pretending. Come as you are, release the weight you’ve been carrying and feel understood. Leave each session with a renewed sense of relief and clarity.
Your openness to learn, introspect, and commitment to the process are keys to creating meaningful change. If our work together isn’t bringing the results you’re hoping for, I will gladly provide referrals to another therapist who might be a better fit for your journey.
Invest in Your Mental Health
First Session (Assessment & Treatment Planning) 1 hour - $180
Therapy Session 45 minutes - $150
Have you ever felt unsettled or disappointed because your therapy session ended just as you were starting to process something deeply significant?
It's not uncommon for clients to feel incomplete when the session ends before they have fully worked through a memory or emotion. You might find yourself carrying unresolved feelings through the week, waiting for the next session to pick up where you left off.
Longer sessions can help prevent this.
Extended sessions offer the time needed to work through all phases of EMDR, allowing you to fully process traumatic memories in one sitting. Instead of feeling cut off or incomplete, you can achieve greater resolution and closure during a single session. Longer sessions minimize the need to pause, check-in, and restart, allowing for more seamless processing. Longer sessions can speed up the therapeutic process, helping you reach your goals sooner and with fewer interruptions between appointments.
$50 for each 15-minute increment, up to 1.5 hours per session.
If you cannot afford longer sessions, rest assured that we will still prioritize your emotional well-being and ensure that each session ends at a stable point.
It's time to liberate yourself from the grip of anxiety, depression, & trauma. You deserve to feel happy, secure, & at peace.

You must reside in Oklahoma or Texas for our therapy sessions. I am unable to provide therapy to individuals who are court mandated or require a higher level of care, i.e. residential/ inpatient treatment. In addition, I am unable to provide evaluation for fitness for duty, custody cases or disability claims.

I do not offer in-person sessions at this time. Conducting therapy from my own space provides me with comfort and opportunity for self-care during gaps in my schedule. This setup helps lower overhead expenses, such as rent and utilities for a physical office, allowing me to avoid increasing therapy fees. It also enhances safety by eliminating potential risks, like unexpected intruders, creating a secure and focused setting for our work together.
However, I recognize that some individuals may feel more comfortable or better served by in-person therapy. Clients with intense emotional dysregulation or those at higher risk may require a level of support that is sometimes more effectively provided in an in-person setting.

I’ve chosen not to be on insurance panels to prioritize client care and confidentiality. Insurance involves sharing personal information and following strict guidelines, which can limit privacy and flexibility. This approach allows me to provide a more personalized, confidential, and client-focused experience without administrative constraints.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can use them to help cover the cost of therapy. This allows you to work with me, even though I’m not on insurance panels. I will provide you a “superbill” to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Read more here

Yes, online EMDR therapy follows the same principles as in-person sessions but is conducted via a secure video platform. During the session, I guide you through the same phases of EMDR, including memory processing using bilateral stimulation. I use specialized online tools, such as visual cues or auditory tones, to replicate the hand movements used in traditional in-person EMDR therapy.
I can show you how it works during our video consultation.

Yes, research suggests that EMDR therapy can be just as effective when conducted online as it is in person. Many clients find the convenience and comfort of being in their own space to be beneficial for the therapeutic process.
It's important that you're in a private, quiet space where you won't be interrupted during your session.

You will need a video-enabled device with a microphone and internet connection, such as a computer or tablet. Cell phone is suitable for our initial video consultation but is not ideal for therapy sessions. With CBT approach, I frequently utilize screen sharing and introduce techniques through handouts and worksheet, so using a computer or tablet would be more beneficial for you. For EMDR therapy, a larger screen is ideal for visual bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements.
